Our Paper Toy Decorating Competition is back, with a twist!
Starting March 23 through April 24, high school and college students can enter our Spring Paper Toy Decorating Competition for the chance to win $100 cash plus a $50 gift card to Letterpress PLAY! It's the perfect chance for budding artists and experienced crafters alike to showcase their artistic talents and enter for the chance to win this exciting prize.
To participate, participants can order or pick up a paper toy decorating pack from our South Congress store. Each decorating pack includes both a Thaumaframe and Polywish paper toy craft to decorate, free of charge. Each participant will receive both toys in their pack, and they can submit both toys for consideration in the contest. The decorating pack will also include additional paper toys to practice crafting the story before you assemble and decorate your final submission.

Create your toy/s by following the printed instructions, then decorate all pieces of the toy using any artistic method you prefer, such as painting, coloring, embellishing, or watercolor. Upon completion, submit your photo of your decorated toy/s or drop it off at our retail store as your final entry.

Prizes for each winner include $100 cash and $50 gift card to Letterpress PLAY! One winner will be selected for each toy based on their concept and use of color and materials.
All entries must be submitted by Friday, April 24, to be eligible for the contest. Winners will be announced on Monday, May 4, in our Letterpress PLAY emails and social media channels. Winners will also be notified via email or direct message.

Terms and Conditions:
- Participants must adhere to the specified age brackets to be eligible for prizes.
- All pieces of the toy need to be submitted for consideration. For those submitting the Thaumaframe, this includes the frame and thaumatrope. For those submitting a Polywish, this includes all four Polywish.
- By entering the contest, participants grant permission for their photos to be used for promotional purposes by Letterpress PLAY.
- The decision of the judges will be final.
- Letterpress PLAY reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the contest rules.
