Returns

What is Your Return Policy?

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, open, sale items, or limited-edition items. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded (except in the event of a defective item). Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. 

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

How do I Return and Item? 

1. Make sure that your order qualifies (e.g., Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt).
   
   
2. Return your order and packing slip

3. We will issue a credit or send out an exchange within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.

Do you Offer Exchanges?

We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase for the same unused products. Please feel free to contact shop@letterpressplay.com to coordinate your product exchange. 

Do you Offer Price Adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments at this time.
