How should I care for my Letterpress PLAY garments?

Our bandanas, napkins, blankets, and kaftans are dyed using natural materials, requiring careful treatment. Handwash them separately in cold water, avoiding direct sunlight for drying to prevent excessive fading. While some slight fading over time is normal, please contact shop@letterpressplay.com if you notice significant fading or any issues with your garment. We're happy to assist with refunds or exchanges.

When can I expect to receive my online order? 

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time you place your order for your package to ship. Orders are processed and shipped Mondays and Fridays, excluding holidays.     What is your return policy?

    Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, open, sale items, or limited-edition items. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed.
