What is Your Return Policy?
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, open, sale items, or limited-edition items. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed.
Shipping charges will not be refunded (except in the event of a defective item). Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
